Fair Trade Compliance (DCP)

Our company prioritizes fair and transparent management. To put this into practice, we have introduced and are operating the Daryuk Compliance Program (DCP).
This program is an institutional device that promotes fair competition and builds trust with customers, partners, and society by thoroughly complying
with the Fair Trade Act and other related laws.

  • 1. We comply with the principles of fair trade voluntary compliance and laws and regulations and seek to secure trust in the market
    through fair competition.
  • 2. We provide CP education to new employees upon joining the company, emphasizing the importance of fair trade.
  • 3. We operate a channel where anyone can report anonymously if a violation of fair trade is suspected. Reporters are thoroughly protected,
    and we guarantee that there will be no disadvantages to reporting.
  • 4. In case of fair trade violations, we implement strict sanctions according to relevant laws and regulations and prevent recurrence through corrective measures.
    We are strengthening education on violations to promote the establishment of a fair trade culture.

Human Rights Action Guidelines

All human beings have dignity and value and the right to pursue happiness.
We will prioritize the human rights of all stakeholders, including employees, customers, partners, and local residents.

  • 1. We will respect and comply with international human rights standards.
  • 2. We will conduct corporate management activities that value the lives and safety of stakeholders.
  • 3. We will thoroughly inspect facilities and equipment to ensure the safety of all executives and employees.
  • 4. We will take protective measures to ensure that whistleblowers who report cases of human rights violations do not suffer disadvantages due to their reports.

Talent development efforts

Our company operates the following three systems to foster key talent.

  1. 1. Work-study parallel system Our company has introduced the 'Work-study parallel system' supported by the Korean Ministry of Employment and Labor
    so that new employees can learn practical skills while receiving theoretical education at the same time.
    Through this system, we help new employees quickly acquire job competency and grow into talents tailored to the company.
  2. 2. In-house mentoring program This program pairs experienced employees with new employees one-on-one to share practical know-how and specialized knowledge.
    This helps employees quickly adapt to work and grow and strengthens teamwork.

Occupational Safety and Health Management

To strengthen safety and health management, we provide opportunities for safety education and training for executives and employees
and do our best to improve our ability to respond to safety accidents by posting frequently changing safety and health-related laws and regulations.

Chemical Prevention Activities (GDP)

DGP (Daeryuk Green Program) refers to DACO (Daeryuk)'s program, which aims to protect the environment and manage it sustainably.
"Green" means eco-friendliness and sustainability.

    We are reducing the use of hazardous chemicals in manufacturing and actively introducing eco-friendly alternatives. This will improve the safety of the work environment and minimize our impact on the environment.

  2. 2. Employee safety education program

    We provide regular education and training on handling chemicals to all employees to prevent risks that may arise during work in advance. In addition, we are providing education on the importance of sustainable manufacturing practices and environmental protection and encouraging the participation of
    all employees to create an eco-friendly culture throughout the company.

  3. 3. Energy-efficient manufacturing process

    To reduce our overall environmental impact, we are introducing processes that increase energy efficiency and minimize greenhouse gas emissions during the manufacturing process.
